Our platform allows sellers to list products and services while customers can search nearby products, compare prices, contact sellers directly, and visit offline stores.

Our main goal is to simplify local shopping and create a trusted digital marketplace for buyers and sellers across India.

2. User Agreement

By creating an account, browsing products, chatting with sellers, purchasing premium plans, using wallet services, or accessing any feature on NayiSoch365, you accept these Terms & Conditions fully.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our services immediately.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for verifying product quality, pricing, seller authenticity, payment details, delivery information, warranty terms, and return policies before making any purchase.

NayiSoch365 only acts as a marketplace platform and does not manufacture, store, or directly sell products shown by third-party sellers.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate shop details, business information, product descriptions, images, pricing, contact details, and service information.

Fake listings, copied products, misleading advertisements, prohibited items, illegal services, or spam listings are strictly prohibited.

The seller is fully responsible for all products, warranties, pricing, taxes, customer communication, and delivery commitments.

5. Product Listings

Sellers can upload products, images, videos, shop banners, and promotional materials through their seller dashboard.

NayiSoch365 reserves the right to edit, remove, suspend, or reject any listing that violates platform policies or creates a poor customer experience.

6. Premium Plans

NayiSoch365 provides Free, Silver, Gold, and Diamond seller plans.

Premium plans may include:

  • Featured product visibility
  • Priority search ranking
  • Boosted seller profile
  • More product upload limits
  • Verified seller badges
  • Premium support access
  • Homepage promotion

Premium plan benefits can change anytime without prior notice based on platform updates and marketplace improvements.

7. Wallet System

Sellers may use the internal wallet system for recharges, premium plans, referral earnings, and withdrawal requests.

All wallet transactions are subject to manual or automated verification. Fraudulent transactions may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by admin before approval. Processing times may vary depending on payment methods, verification requirements, and technical conditions.

Incorrect bank details, fake UTR numbers, suspicious activities, or policy violations can result in rejection of withdrawal requests.

9. Nearby Search & GPS System

Location-based services are used to display nearby shops, sellers, and products.

Users allowing GPS access understand that their approximate location may be used for improving search results and local recommendations.

10. Chat & Communication

Customers and sellers may communicate through the platform chat system.

Abusive language, threats, scams, spam, fake offers, harassment, or illegal communication are strictly prohibited.

Admin may review reported chats for security and dispute resolution purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, website designs, graphics, icons, branding elements, source code, and platform features belong to NayiSoch365 unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

12. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, APIs, delivery services, or social media integrations.

NayiSoch365 is not responsible for third-party technical failures or service interruptions.

13. Account Suspension

Accounts involved in fraud, fake reviews, illegal products, spam activity, policy abuse, hacking attempts, or customer scams may be suspended or permanently banned without warning.
